Commercial Kitchen Ventilation Exhaust , Air Compensation with Fan to Re-integrate the
extracted air.

Advantages:
- Partial elimination of air currents.
- Reduced changes of the ambient air.
- Running cost reduction of an eventual centralised fan system.
- Better capturing of the fumes.
- Increased performance of the fat filters.

Disadvantages:
- Sometimes it can be necessary to install devices to counteract the slight de-
pressurization of the kitchen

4. Supertredil - exhaust with air compensation system and
fan to re-integrate the extracted air

Function:
- Expel fumes.
- Retain fats.
- Condense water vapours.
- Reintegration of the exact amount of air that has been extracted.
- Compensation in the hood compensation of the extracted air.
- Partial condensation in the hood of the air that has been extracted.
- Control of the ambient kitchen temperature.

Components:
- Exhaust hood with filters.
- Exhaust hood with balanced flow and filters.

- Extraction unit.
- Extraction channel.
- Air intake unit.
- Air intake channel for the external air in the hood.
- Fan heater.
- Thermoregulation.
- Air intake channel for treated air in the kitchen.
