| AAF |
The AAF Cyclone is a dry centrifugal collector for dusts
of moderate to coarse particle size (>20µ). The Cyclone
will remove up to 99% of dust (by weight) generated by steel
grinding and saw dust. When used as a pre-cleaner, the Cyclone
reduces the dust load on higher efficiency final collectors
for longer service life.
Unlike many dust collectors, the AAF Cyclone contains no
moving or replaceable parts and is essentially maintenance
free. Air is drawn into the cyclone tangentially and rotates
at high velocity, separating heavier dust from the air by
centrifugal action. The basic Cyclone features an all welded
heavy construction enclosing an internal helix, integral
fan and motor assembly. Options include a 55-gallon steel
drum, hopper with rack and pinion slide gate, discharge
elbow, after-filter, and rotary airlock and receiver. |

United Air Specialist
The C Series cyclone dust collector effectively removes
large to moderate size particles from metal grinding, sawing
and other dust producing processes. These high-efficiency
dust collectors can be used alone or in conjunction with
an after-filter collector, cand can be installed inside
or outside of any facility.
The cyclone offers a variety of configurations to fit your
needs. Among these configurations, you can design or select
inlet and discharge options specific to the amount of dust
generated. And depending on your facility’s process,
you can add an after-filter to collect smaller contaminants.
Air volumes range from 8600 CFM to 26,000 CFM depending
on system size. |

| Tri-Mer |
Our pulse jet dust collectors are ideally suited for sanitary
food and drug applications, also pneumatic conveying, central
vacuum cleaning and applications requiring explosion protection.
Each cylindrical pulse jet dust collector is custom-engineered
to a specific pressure or vacuum, including ASME section
VIII. Pulse jet dust collectors are available in bottom
bag access or top-clean air plenum access in removable head
and walk-in plenum designs. Pulsejet bags / cartridges can
be replaced quickly, and workers are not exposed to dusts.
Tri-Mer pulse jet dust collectors have no internal moving
parts, and maintenance is minimal. The pulsejet timer is
field-adjustable for pulse duration and interval, and can
be equipped to pulse only as required. Pulsejets from Tri-Mer
are low noise and low vibration. Tri-Mer factory assembled
pulse jet dust collectors include bags, cages, instrumentation
and fan mounting. |

Maxiclone dust extraction for economical, fast and easy
long-term air control
Maxiclone use cyclonic action to separate dust particles
from the gas stream. In a cyclone collecting system, the
dust gas stream enters at an angle and is spun rapidly.
The centrifugal force created by the circular flow throws
the dust particles toward the wall of the cyclone. After
striking the wall, these particles fall into a hopper located
underneath. |
