The Sydney Yacht manufacturing facility is located just
2 hours south of Sydney. The facility is the largest and
most modern yacht manufacturing facility in Australia covering
some 5000 m2 of purpose built building for yacht manufacture.
The facility houses laminating and fitout bays, metal shop,
timber shop, and keeling pit. Three overhead cranes, spray
booths, together with dust and fume exhaustion systems.
In addition, the facility has a custom-engineered climate
control room controlled by ten separate computer monitoring
stations. Maximum cost efficiency is achieved, vacuum-bagged
epoxy hulls, each able to be post cured in the climate control
room.
